1. formeditor.net is owned and operated by SpiderSites.co.uk.
2. SpiderSites.co.uk offers you both free and paid membership to formeditor.net
3. You will hold copyright of any forms you create
4. Whilst we make every effort to ensure this service is operational we are at the mercy of our hosting company who offers a 99.9% uptime. Should any problem occur we will work quickly to rectify the situation
5. We will backup the site on a weekly basis. In the unlikely event of a disaster you should only loose a weeks changes.
6. We may email you to keep you uptodate with changes and improvements in the service.
7. You will not try to reverse engineer the website
8. You will not try to hack the website
9. You will not attempt a denial of service attack on formeditor.net
10. You will not set up a competing website based on formeditor.net
11. For basic membership payment is on a monthly basis. Should you cancel your membershup you will not recieve any refund on fees already paid and your service will be converted to free immediately.
12. Basic membership has a reasonable usage policy. Should the load on our server become unreasonable we reserve the right to either restrict your service or a surcharge to cover our increased costs.
13. We retain copyright of all code on formeditor.net and you may not copy or redistribute any code including javascript and css without express permission
